How My SERVICE works
COVID-19 has brought about significant uncertainty that has impacted all sectors and industries (some more than others). With the situation changing almost daily, it is a time when it can be incredibly difficult for businesses to plan or commit to anything long term. For this reason, I wanted to make my freelance digital marketing services as accessible as possible (without any barriers).
As detailed on my home page I wanted to ensure that businesses did not need to commit to long term contracts to use my services. I also wanted to give clients the opportunity to view invoices, book future projects, see/accept quotes and pay for services online, so things were as easy as possible.
New to online systems?
If digital isn't your strongest area then don't worry, I can either offer direct training on how to use the system or I can revert to a more traditional way of working if that is your preference. Simply get in contact and I will work and adapt my service to ensure you get the best possible experience, regardless of IT expertise.

Book your FREE consultation to discuss project requirements. You can book a video call online (or request a site visit) by clicking here. You can also contact me via the chat facility, through social media, by phone, or using the contact me page.
During the consultation we will discuss your requirements, what you are looking to achieve and the budget you have available. Based on this discussion I will then come back to you with an initial quote which outlines exactly how I feel I can help you.
You will recieve the quote straight to your inbox (it will also appear in the my account area).
You then simply decide whether you to go ahead with the work, or add/remove elements to suit. If you are not ready then the quote remains valid for a full 12 months!
What will be included within the quote?
Each quote I produce is based on the discussion in the initial consultation, it will include all of the areas that were discussed.
Key elements will include:
Exactly how much it will cost (broken down by task and expected costs)
The payment terms
My terms and conditions
Any ongoing activity will be clearly marked (again this is optional and can be removed if needed)
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept a number of different payment methods. You can pay for invoices via the my account area using a debit card or credit card (all major cards accepted) or by direct bank transfer/standing order (BACS). PayPal will also shortly be added by as a payment option.
